Attendance Sheets

Attendance Sheets are auto-generated based on the Attendance date entered on the Menu page. Each form is filled out by the caregivers for each child. Sorting by room, caregiver, or other designation to encompass the caregiver's sphere of child interaction. Printed to cover two calendar weeks.

Each child's listing shows the days CONTRACTED (from Main Data Entry) and blank squares to indicate days ACTUALLY attended. When these two fail to match, billing issues are obvious. Modifications are available to show meals or other extra charges by day, depending on your center. Examples below show the daycare "closed" on Thanksgiving, 1998. Also tracks unscheduled absences - days when parents failed to call to let you know their child would not be attending.

Entering the date 11/16/98 flushes all attendance sheets to the new two week tracking calculation. Here, two buttons are used to determine which activity to include in the print run: "Posting Sheets (Child Attendance Summary, shown below)" are printed each two weeks. "Unexcused Absences" is the place to summarize children not attending without any parent notification.
