The Bus Runs reports are calculated by morning and afternoon requirements. In many instances parents will take or the school bus will drop off children in the morning (see Jason Shale), but, afternoon pickups to the daycare are essential. Reprint as changes to the scheduled children occur.

The reports are printed out for the caregivers and bus drivers. The caregivers alert the bus drivers if a child is absent on a given day. The bus driver assures a proper head count at the daycare for morning drop offs and again at each school prior to returning to the daycare in the afternoons.
