This is the "Main Data Entry" Page and the primary data entry page for all Daycare child records, data management, report generation, and center operations. ALL data for the entire database stems from entries made on this page along with the Parent/Guardian section. Just tab through fields to enter data in a logical order of progression. Special buttons like "Duplicate" facilitate households with more than one child to enter. Several "pop up" fields help customize information and simplify the data entry process. Each telephone icon shown (you must have a modem connected to your Mac) will dial the phone number next to the icon to save your time in contacting parents and alternate persons allowed to pick up the child. Convienent alphabet buttons sort out the children to those names starting with that letter - reduces the time needed to perform routine updates as a child's information changes.
