Fees paid by parents during the year are totalled on the payment posting cards for each child. The figures are entered to the Fees Paid layout for all children in the database (active, inactive, etc.).

Once entered, the Tax Statement is auto-generated by household, regardless of child last name. The last name of the child may vary in today's extended families. The last name of the primary tax filing parent or guardian is the factor determining the final sorting of Tax Statements. Again note the child's social security number.
