DOS Barbs:
Smart Answers For Those Stupid Questions
This is an area dear to all using Macintosh computers. Seems everybody who has a DOS computer has some quantity of peanut butter between their ears. Or, an alternate title for this section might be:
"Why people who use Macs can't understand the questions posed by DOS-heads."
OK, so they want to use Windows 95, 98, 3.1, NT, whatever, but, give me a break.
And, I don't care where MicroShaft wants to take you today, or any other damned day.
... I have work to do, thank, you.
And the perennial, (in a whining tone...) "Is Apple going out-of-business?"
The Mac marketshare is similar to the total combined US marketshare of Mercedes, Saab, and BMW - are they going out of business? Remember, what the Mac did in 1984, is where the WinBlows guys "got to" (simulated) in 1995 (and, in my opinion, a poor approximation at best). |
